Leslie Johnson, A.A. (Lead Disability Paralegal)
After receiving my Associates degree in paralegal studies, I worked as a paralegal for seven years in Louisiana. I joined Liebenhaut Law when my family moved to Tallahassee so my husband could attend graduate school at FSU. What I enjoy most about my work here is helping our clients understand that sometimes confusing process of Social Security disability law. When not working, I enjoy spending time with my daughter and husband and going to FSU football games.
Sydney Ollar (Disability Hearing Paralegal)
Sydney Ollar has a B.S. degree in International Affairs and English Literature from Florida State University. As our hearing paralegal, Sydney oversees our internal social security disability hearing procedures and works directly with our lawyers to assist with hearing preparation. Sydney enjoys having the opportunity to help our clients gain the financial and medical resources they desperately need throughout this difficult process. In her free time, she enjoys playing with my dog, Ricky, and shopping.
Alec Lam (Legal Assistant)
Alec Lam received a B.S. in Political Science and International Affairs from Florida State University. In addition to his work as the firm’s client relations paralegal, Alec is continuing his education at Florida State University, pursuing a Masters in Applied American Politics and Policy. At work, Alec enjoys the opportunity to interact and assist people from all walks of life in every way he can. On his days off, he spends time outdoors at the beach or exploring the surrounding national parks.
Alex Barrett (Law Clerk)
Alex Barrett is a Law Clerk with Liebenhaut Law. During his time at Florida State University, he studied Finance and Professional Sales. He enjoys researching medical and legal issues and and helping fight for our clients when they need it most. He is an avid runner, sleep enthusiast, and Tallahassee food critic.
Madelyn Pendarvis (Law Clerk)
Madelyn has a B.A. in English Literature from Florida State University and is a student at the FSU College of Law. She assists with . Madelyn enjoys advocating for clients in both the Social Security and long-term disability arenas. When not at work, she is usually hanging out with her dog, Nicki, at home or at the park.
Ariana Lewis joined Liebenhaut Law as a law clerk after assisting advocates in the victim/witness services program at the Douglas County District Attorney’s Office. Ariana loves being able to interact closely with our clients to positively impact their experiences with Social Security Disability. Outside of work, she enjoys attending FSU football games, playing with her dog, Blu, and walking on nature trails.
